roger that, focus on base,,. Wouldn’t optics help with potential swing voters.. no only is he the president of CJ reform, record employment numbers, historic investment in HBCU’s but he’s also reaching out to hear out what they have to offer to solve the problem.
Outcomes are the following..
They refuse to talk makes them look bad,
If they talk he hears them out and sees what he can do.
Makes him look like he’s willing to listen.. which we all know he is he’s king deal maker but that’s often missing in the fake news media.
They’d be forced to cover this.
