No doubt most anons who pay attention have seen that the CDC supposedly issued a moratorium on rent collection. The news has been posted in multiple breads, and more than one astute anon has asked by what authority the CDC can do any such thing at all.
I think the "answer" is that story is 100% BULLSHIT and a FINAL TRAP for the FAKE NEWS MEDIA.
Supposed "news" reports on this moratorium seem to routinely cite a phone conversation with reporters by an unnamed administration official:

In my view, the WH has REPEATEDLY suckered the fake news morons with "leaks" from unnmamed officials, but call it as you see it.

Why is there a "billing code" on this supposed document? What does it have to do with billing?
Perhaps it is there to direct us to Q4163? Look it up. If this is all a TRAP for the FAKE NEWS, does it fit? (AC/?)
Break it down, step by step.
As several anons have asked, BY WHAT LEGAL AUTHORITY does the CDC regulate rent? What is the PRECISE answer? Is there actual evidence (from the past few days) that ANY SUPPOSED authority has been delegated to the CDC to do this?
Is this the way POTUS usually acts? Has the narrative not been (for dedicated anons at least) that he has been repeatedly at odds with the CDC? While POTUS does sometimes take EXECUTIVE ACTION when legislative solutions do not avail, does he typically do so by delegating authority to entrenched bureaucracies?
Does the manner in which this forthcoming solution is (supposedly) being enacted fit with what we expect from POTUS or does it fit better with traditional DEMORCRAT policies? The supposed "rent moratorium" will only apply to those who can "prove" that they have exhausted all efforts to gain government assistance in paying the rent. This DOUBLY points to the DEMORCRATS: 1) it suggests that the proper way to make money is by getting it from the government, and 2) it rewards those who have complied to the greatest extent with bureaucratic edits. By contrast, if you despise handouts, and your PROFITABLE business was shuttered by your local DEMORCRAT government, and you've exhausted your savings, sorry you're FUCKED. Is this something POTUS would endorse?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this story seems like ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT that is being put out as a TRAP for the FAKE NEWS MEDIA.
And I think it may be a marker for AC/DC Thunderstruck, which POTUS plays at rallies, and which was in a vid Q linked, but Twitter deleted it, so I won't even bother to go find it. (By all means, find it.) The Amazon Web Services Doc says AGENCY…CDC. AC/DC.
