Anons, I came across the linked request for proposal (RFP) on the State of Delaware's bid solicitation directory. The title piqued my curiosity so I clicked it. The RFP is for law enforcement electronic weapons for Oregon! I've never seen a bid solicitation from another state show up in this directory, and it sure is spoopy to me that it's for Oregon cities (home of Portland). Thoughts?

Yeah, but it just showed up in the bid directory as active yesterday, so the March 2020 date makes no sense.
