I just don't understand how one person (Governor, Mayor, Health Official) can say one thing and because they "SAID" it….everyone has to listen to it as if it was "GOD" himself speaking it…

There are MILLIONS of us and only a handful of them that want to "OWN" us, like slaves. We should all resist those things we "KNOW" are unlawful….

If "Q" just announced that "EVERYTHING" was open and the lock-down has been lifted, whether the Governors or Mayors say otherwise..
