Supposedly the sun, but the original posters fixation with the subject I believe stems from the theory that these spikes are an indication of an expansion of human consciousness. Perhaps in the hope that some of the activities from anons on this forum are creating the one hundredth monkey effect, altering the zeitgeist and changing the paradigm.
