We had one asshole that FIRED A FUCKING SHOTGUN AT HER HUSBAND AND BLEW OUT A WALL. We didn't discover this until they requested their deposit back and noticed the wall had been shoddily 'repaired'.
We inquired about it and learned of the 'accidental discharge' of a gun and after requesting the police report found out it was a domestic dispute called in by a neighbor that shares the wall that was destroyed. THEY COULD HAVE KILLED THE ADJACENT TENANTS!
