Sorry, I wasn't being terribly clear. I was referring to this new "news story" about Melania's private email. None of the news stories I've read have been specific in the wording which tells me they're being tricky.
Melania's "private email" is likely a domain that was brought into the White House's email infrastructure. You can move a private email domain wherever you want, to any server you want. It can be a server in a White House owned data center, or a server in a bathroom, or a server in NK.
The difference being, Hillary's "private email" was literally on a private server outside of White House Infrastructure, which I think was the real problem.
