Overall, the message of this drop is pretty clear. Q is identifying somebody. The question is WHO?
Remember, Q drops are either LIES or they are GARBAGE.
This drop has too much of the ring of truth in it to be a lie which suggests that it is GARBAGE.
And sure enough, although Q accuses, it is rather vague who is being accused. That is a sure sign of garbage and so we need to sift through the garbage and find what is hidden in the trash,

I suggest that it is worth digging all of these except the most well known to see if there is something that we missed.
I can't see that Q would by shining the laser on Trump or even the Clintons but only by digging will we know. When it is something already front and center like Clintons or Hollywood, I suggest looking at very recent new and events in the Justice department just in case there is a development such as a new witness coming forward or a new whistleblower.
