The smart people of these states will question the Governors and Mayors where all the money went in the first place…The Governors and Mayors will scream DICTATOR…as they are looking in the mirror.
Whether it's a "review" or an order to start defunding, it is putting the mayors and governors in check. They are going to have to respond and the people want to hear a response….other than "Muh peaceful protests" for 100 plus days…that are apparently TrUMps FaULt.
