My take: China didn't necessarily have the dirt on these guys. But whoever DID have the dirt wants them to play nice with China. Who could that be….. Biden, C_A, 7th floor, any number of characters. The American faction of the Cabal was (is) engaged in a long run-up with China to surpass the US, creating the multipolar world they need, and getting personally rich in the process.
