This is one way to create a meme.

Find the picture that expresses your point

either from a video (expanded on your screen for size)

or other researched sources

Right click on the picture. Choose "open image in new screen"

From the 8kun board pics click on pic first to enlarge first

in order to get a more clear pic

"screenshot" the pic (different devices have different keys for this)

this takes a photo of your view on the screen, including task bar etc

open a graphics program, Paint, etc

PASTE screenshot to a document base

SAVE to your pictures folder (and a good sub-folder)

NAME it well to retrieve when you use it

Then, edit the surrounding graphics of the pic you saved

by dragging the notch at the center of the square of your graphic

rotate the pic as needed to drag edges to the center

then rotate back to upright position

Add text by selecting font and color and size

to remove anything, select the area then delete

then fill in with matching color, in Paint it is the eyedropper

learn the program to do this more easily

this takes some practice

if you enlarge before screen saving the pic

the graphics may not be as pixelated as when in your program

you can enlarge your computer screen or enlarge or shrink in program
