I think he is referring Eva Duarte Peron who came to power by basically sleeping her way through the military officers and then she found herself in bed with Peron….she was quite effective for his campaign, he also was a pedofile….but he married her I believe because of her loyalty and he would have never won without her political activism with Argentina "Descomisados" or common and poor people. They literally thought of her as a saint when she died so young from cancer….
