Seriously they are procedures to http(somewhat secure socket)s into another port (over an unsecure cable) to type in unsecure Operating system commands that would wipe and reboot a device.
With a super slow transfer rate over lots of unsecured nodes with not even the most basic of batch files that would run all of this, maybe muh encryption somewhere too maybe ? Because it sure as fug needs some somewhere.
Whatever these procedures were for suck and God I hope were not used in the military.
Or maybe whatever they are wiping and rebooting is just way not private and they just need a wipe?
