duh! lemme see, i can sell you one pill that will cure you, and i'll never see you again….

OR

i can keep you hooked on a TREATMENT that attenuates your symptoms without addressing the underlying cause, and i'll have you on the hook for $1000/mo for the rest of your life…

hmmmmm….

tough decision. do you BEGIN to understand why for-profit healthcare is fundamentally incompatible with the best interests of the patients?

eat healthy… lots of fresh fruit and raw veggies, wholesome meats (grass fed beef), fresh water fish, etc, and take a few supplements.

exercise daily. avoid the sun. you'll live past 100 and NEVER need a doctor.

well, i'll have anons lined up to scream socialist at me, but the ONLY answer is not-for-profit healthcare.

med school is free for all QUALIFED to enter. upon graduation, drs work for gov't and are paid a fixed wage per patient.

all pharma research is funded by taxes (most is anyway, you just don't know it), and all drugs are instantly public domain (generic),

and drug mfgrs have to compete in free marketplace to sell their pills.

not all joint issues are the same. to discuss in detail all treatments for all conditions would not be practical in this forum.

also, wifeanon says i have to turn of computer and go to bed… NOW. you can dig on your own, anon.

yes, there's tons of BS out there. trust your intuition. maybe another day you can catch me with a specific question.

i hesitate to post a protonmail addy here…

well, you picked a nasty one… and just to be clear, i'm not an MD, just a tangentially related scientist. i do recall reading some papers on regenerating cartilage when an in-law asked me about it, but i don't recall the details. try google scholar (i know), or even better, if you have access to a university library system, get on SciFinder and you can pull up the research reports.

there is a big fat book written by MDs called Alternative Medicine, and it's a pretty good resource, and can point you to other reliable resources.
