And then there was the time they pushed the bottom of the harbour tax evasion scam whereby Keating, the banker's puppet, forced all tax payers to be paid via bank accounts and then deregulated the banking industry allowing bankers to start charging "fees" for all their services and with a new, revved up customer base raking in additional billions.
