My issue with bots
Tactless. But fits.
Smoothies. Berries, banana, oat/almond/cow milk, Psyllium Husk, Protein Powder, Super Greens (Spirulina)โฆ nutmeg on top.
โฆ next stepโฆ LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds, Almonds), Chia (black is best I think. p.s. I'm white), Selenium for men (low dose). CoQ10. Milk Thistle (for alcos). Zinc (Spinach/Silverbeet). Meat pies.
