Andrew, Jeffery & Ghislaine - Brave New Trio?

Ok, I've been holding back on posting this, but it's been nagging at me.

Recently went back and reread "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. (part of the British "Intelligentsia")

The plot, locations & themes were reminding me of something.

• Very interdasting parallels emerged.

1. 'Brave New World State' HQ London

2. (Tomakin) Director of Hatcheries and Conditioning (DHC)

3. (Bernard Marx)(Lenina Crowne) Couple who work in London. Are associated w/ (DHC - Tomakin)

4. People are bred, programmed & grown in test tubes & factories.

5. Completely uninhibited sex but no natural births. Everyone grown in the hatchery. (Parenthood & Natural birth is scandalous)

6. (Bernard & Lenina) Travel on holiday to Santa Fe, NM, to visit the (Savage Reservation).

7. They discover (Tomakin) has a son, thru natural birth, on the (Savage Reservation) from an affair years before. The son being born naturally is a scandal in this 'New World'.

8. (Bernard & Lenina) Use the knowledge of this natural born son in New Mexico as leverage against (Tomakin).

9. (Tomakin) Has to resign.
