Which is, and has been since almost forever, to LIE
Trump never told people to vote twice - nor would he
They look for a crack and attack
When they (and others) do that, they should get a hard blow to the face, no lollygagging around.

For voters who already cast vote-by-mail ballots, the state offers a “Track my ballot” online tool. If a voter changes their mind about mail-in voting, he can vote in person if:

He (she) never 'applied' to vote by mail;

applied to vote by mail, but didn’t return the ballot;

returned the ballot, but it hasn’t reached the city/town hall;

the ballot reached city/town hall, but it was rejected.
That's what Trump said, albeit maybe less clearly.
To his credit, Barr nailed the reasoning for not foisting mass cheat-by-mail on us, and didn’t fall for Blitzer’s lie about there being no precedent of widespread voter fraud.
But I betcha a lot more people were affected by the lie in print on the bottom of that image than CNN viewers listening to Barr. (Go count the multiple uploads and views on YouTube)
