I can assure you that Epstein wasn't "the only game in town". That's the problem; there are many outfits competing against each other to compromise other people to continue consolidating power. We know the business model, inside and out, thanks to Q and anons digging their asses off.
I think what set Epstein apart is some of the particular people he had compromised (Royalty, former American politicians/presidents, business execs, and modeling agencies). The fact that he was doing "recruiting" in Pres. Trump's backyard, also, is a biggie. We all assume Pres. Trump was playing 007 this whole time, learning the ins/outs and what was needed to take them all down. How many of these compromised individuals in gov't and otherwise did Pres. Trump know about before getting into office? What about drops like "undiscovered stars learned"? Is part of the reason this is taking so long is because it was much, much worse than originally thought? In order to "catch them all" in the RICO case being built, you've got to step back, set more traps, and keep on going until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt you have them all.
I'd be willing to bet that after you get so far into the depth of one network, eventually you run into other networks.
