1) Vote your absentee or mail-in vote ballot as soon as you receive it.
2) When the polls open, before or on 11/3 - go and ENSURE your vote has been RECORDED.
3) If it has, good. If not, VOTE at that time.
If your mail-in ballot comes in later, it will not be counted.
