That's the goal, in case you missed it. Record in-person voter turn out will invalidate any ballot-by-mail scheme. You have voter rolls/registrations, and their total numbers. Then, you have record turn out in-person. Should be able to be decided on election night using a bit of common sense.
But the new media will likely run with "But we still don't know about all the mail in ballots!" As the whole map turns red all over CNN, NYT, and other outlets, you'll hear about the mail-in ballots all fucking night. Watch it.
