(Psychological) Attacks (manipulation) are always two-sided. Sender-Receiver.

If the intended receiver do not Receive (react) the Sender itself becomes it's own Receiver. (Boomerang). That's the art of "taking slings and arrows". As soon as that which is sent towards You play ANY role in Your behaviour or thought patterns, then You accept the invitation, make the choice to "play along". Receive and let the Sender control You.

The training is to allow but not participate. That is power. Righteous use of power is over SELF. (Conquering the need to react).
