Reminder: I do not believe the above statement is factual and verified. The existence of a patent in no way implies that the patented technology has been implemented or deployed.

It would be nice if we could make that statement without being confronted to prove whether it's true or not. Just showing the existence of a patent does not prove the technology will be used or if so, when.

 

Don't you get uncomfortable, EC, stating something as a factual assertion, when it's merely an anon speculation or theory?
