Do not concede the election, do not allow an official outcome, and contest.
This has the potential to throw the country into a failed state status.
At that point, that is when you hit critical mass to try and form a Civil War.
Anytime after an official result and recognized Government is less than optimal condition.
The media can fully operate in a mode disconnected from reality. They could conceivably frame it as Joe is the legitimate Government and that he won, TRUMP would be framed as refusing to leave office.
That is what makes the MSM a clear and present danger.
It could get unhinged. Kameltoe's recent posts about evac plans could be based on their plan for a complete breakdown.
Obviously Qteam will know this and so Risk management/Risk avoidance is Top Priority.
