Yep. My wife is from a family of 10 adopted children that lived in a big 4 or 5 bedroom house from what I understand. We now live in a 1 bedroom house that's 24 x 24 with a full basement. Plan is to remodel it into a 1 bedroom with office wink wink. We also have a full basement so it's not like floor space is at a premium here. We also have 2.5 garages as well… all for $225 a year in taxes and it's paid for in full.
