Someone is doing ground testing of a radar transponder unit.
Occasionally you do see planes on the ground with a callsign TESTxx and I assume it is a maintenance activity.
BTW, if you are watching Europe/North Africa/East Atlantic, sometimes you see Spanish AF planes that have strange codes like 0 zeroes. Apparently they are using a different standard for their transponders…?

I have yet to see data that could support a meticulous analysis and report drawing conclusions, and I am not personally a twitter user. Based on anecdotal data from Twitteranons, after Q posted "injection successful", it seems that the floodgates opened and banned accounts reappeared and anons were reporting all kinds of advertising and porn that they had never seen on their twitter before. About a day later it seemed that there was a recurrence of censorship.
It would be great to see some hard data and and a rigorous analysis of this.
You should take my comments as anecdotal only, and not put a lot of weight on them since they are not supported by data.
