We're seeing tons of mask hypocrisy, right?

1. Nancy Pelosi at the salon.

2. New York state licensing board meeting

I was thinking, with DS funding sources being cut off, maybe the mask mandates and fines are being used as a source of last resort?

If we see IOUs come out like they did in CA a few years ago, then I guess we'll know. State scrip would be a sure sign that they're tapped out completely.
