It's hard to get a fair trial when your attorney is locked out of the site containing the Prima Facia evidence of innocence. If Twitter "colluded" with gov't officials, cops, politicians, blm, etc to effect this action, then Twitter gets roped into the Civil Rights lawsuit along with all the corrupt government officials who have perpetrated this legal farce from the perch of their "qualified immunity" from prosecution.
The pioneers headed off to the territories and the frontier in search of exactly that. Just to be left alone to raise a family in peace. They were chased by the governing machine the whole way, until it overtook them and became us.
