I think some of it has to do with cumulative DNA damage, advanced technology like "smart dust" / bio implants / advanced viruses and parasite along with planned disasters (now being averted)
If they came out and said "Hey guys, pretty much all of y'all have this list of things in your body because the Cabal has been seeding the air/food/water with cocktails of advanced, harmful pathogens and also they wanted to kill billions in this manner" it could create mass upset, start wars; if you recall Q said that the truth would put 99% in the hospital.
So if considerable damage has already been done… the only reasonable hope at this point is for the White Hats to quietly release out therapeutics and safe "vaccine" without the poison in it, to try to roll back some of the damage.
I think there are other nefarious things that have been planned, and already done to try to control us and wipe us out. Consider the Georgia Guidestones… what it would take to wipe out billions? Disasters/diseases/what have you.
Also consider the abductions, greys, breeding programs, vast networks of underground bases, "agreements" between the underground critters/extradimensional critters etc.
