LIVE: Insurgents in downtown Louisville are refusing to leave the street, claiming it is their right. Police have ordered them to sidewalk.
Several rioters were apparently just smoking weed in the street, 20 feet from a group of Louisville Police. Kept it on the down-low, but it was pretty obvious.
NFAC terrorist, 'Grand Master Jay', and some of his minions are in downtown Louisville. Black woman on megaphone told them to get out:
"We don't need y'all..get the fuck away from here."
