A quart will enable you to make about a hundred pieces, if you can find it. Just don't let your awful government know.

The simple ones do. Just cast it into a copper pipe. Making one of those clockwise spiral coils around the quartz might help. You don't need anything fancy to do it.
I don't know what's in that thing, but there's no way in hell it's worth as much as a good used car.
Any silicone will do. Polyethylene and polypropylene also work well. Basically any composite that glue doesn't work on and won't be melted by the catalyst.
