Rochester Black Lives Matter Rioters Storming Restaurants, Breaking Glass, Flipping Tables, Screaming at Frightened Diners

Black Lives Matter rioters in Rochester, New York, terrified diners on Friday night as they barged into restaurants, flipped tables, threw chairs, and screamed at random people.

A journalist at the scene tweeted that “the protesters in Rochester NY are ‘shutting down restaurants’, tables are broken, people running off scared.”

The “protest” started several hours before as a march, but quickly descended into something more sinister.

One of the loud mouthed delinquents was screaming at guests at the restaurant demanding that they leave and go home.

“There’s no need to run, nobody is hurting y’all. We’re just shutting the party down,” the obnoxious “protester” shouted as people flipped tables and threw chairs.

The rioters are “protesting” over the death of a man in police custody that took place in March.

Breaking: Trump orders defunding of 'un-American propaganda' teaching white privilege and critical race theory at federal agencies

The theory says that America is inherently racist

The Trump administration plans to ban training programs at government agencies that teach that the United States is inherently racist, including concepts of "white privilege" and "critical race theory."

The announcement was made in a memorandum released late on Friday by Russell Vought, the director of the Office of Management and Budget.

"The President has directed me to ensure that Federal agencies cease and desist from using taxpayer dollars to fund these divisive, un-American propaganda training sessions," the memo read.

"Accordingly, to that end, the Office of Management and Budget will shortly issue more detailed guidance on implementing the President's directive," he continued.

"In the meantime, all agencies are directed to begin to identify all contracts or other agency spending related to any training on 'critical race theory,' 'white privilege,' or any training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either (1) that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or (2) that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil," the memo read. "In addition, all agencies should begin to identify all available avenues within the law to cancel any such contracts and/or to divert Federal dollars away from these un-American propaganda training sessions."

The plan is sure to draw much criticism and ire from those on the left who have made white privilege and critical race theory an essential part of their political agenda.

Biden accused of white privilege

Trump's Democratic presidential opponent even faced accusations of white privilege when Charlamagne Tha God, the influential black talk radio show host, hurled racial claims against the candidate in July.

"Joe Biden fumbles all the time, because Joe Biden suffers from old white male entitlement," said the host.

"Where he can't simply say, 'I was wrong,' or he can't simply say, 'I'm sorry,' or he can't simply say, 'hey I thought this way at one time, but now I think a different way,' instead of him admitting that some of the things that he actually did was wrong," he concluded.

Here's more about white privilege:

Inmate Who Attacked R. Kelly Is Latin King Member Convicted in Homicide Case

A Latin King gang member convicted in a case involving two 1999 murders claimed in court records that he assaulted R&B superstar R. Kelly in a federal jail in August.

Jeremiah Shane Farmer, 39, wrote that “the government made me attack” R. Kelly, adding that he assaulted him in the “hopes of getting spotlight attention and world news notice to shed light on” alleged government corruption, according to the Chicago Sun-Times, citing court records.

Farmer wrote the six-page document that was filed Tuesday in the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The Sun-Times, citing records, said the man is representing himself and is being detained at the Metropolitan Correctional Center.

One of Kelly’s lawyers, Steve Greenberg, said that Farmer is the suspect who allegedly attacked the singer.

Kelly has been in jail for more than one year and is awaiting trial on 26 federal charges. He is also facing 21 criminal charges in Cook County, Illinois, stemming from allegations that go back decades. The singer faces several charges in other states.

“Farmer, with nowhere else to turn for legal help, was forced to assault hip-hop R&B singer Robert Kelly in hopes of getting spotlight attention and world news notice to shed the light on the government corruption,” Farmer wrote in the documents, apparently referring to himself in the third person, according to CBS Chicago.

He added, “Due to the most blatant government corruption in Farmer’s case, and being in lockdown for R. Kelly protest, I physically beat Mr. Kelly in an attempt to shed media spotlight on Farmer’s case to prove government corruption and helping Farmer’s innocence to prevail.”

Kelly was reportedly moved to solitary confinement in the jail after the assault. His lawyers have asked for his release from jail, but they have been denied.

According to the Department of Justice in 2019, a jury found that Farmer, “as part of the racketeering conspiracy, on June 25, 1999, beat Marion Lowry, 74, and Harvey Siegers, 67, to death with a hammer at their Hammond business, Calumet Auto Rebuilders.”

“The jury also found that Farmer conspired to distribute or possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine as part of the racketeering conspiracy. The jury also found that Farmer conspired to distribute or possess with intent to distribute 100 kilograms or more of marijuana as part of the drug conspiracy,” it added.

Nearly 700 U.S. Veterans Issue Open Letter in Support of Trump

Nearly 700 American veterans have issued an open letter affirming their support of President Trump against establishment media attacks weeks before the 2020 presidential election.

This week, The Atlantic journalist Jeffrey Goldberg published a story citing anonymous sources, claiming that Trump did not want to visit the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery at the site of Battle of Belleau Wood in 2018. The story, citing those anonymous sources, claims Trump called the cemetery “filled with losers” and referred to fallen soldiers who died at Belleau Wood as “suckers.”

In an open letter obtained exclusively by Breitbart News, about 674 veterans wrote that their support for Trump, against attacks by the establishment media, remains unwavering because of his record of supporting the United States military and ending foreign wars.

“Recent baseless media attacks against President Trump from anonymous sources are just another example of the depths to which the President’s opponents are willing to descend to divide the nation and meddle in this election,” the Veterans write.

“Anyone who knows President Trump has seen his love and reverence for our military and veterans. That is why we, veterans from every generation, are writing today to reaffirm our support for President Trump,” they continue:

We heard these same attacks in 2018 immediately following the President’s trip to Paris, and they are just as fake now as they were then. The false allegations center on the President’s canceled trip to a military cemetery, which has been proven to be a “bad weather call” made for safety and security reasons. This has been proven by internal White House emails from the time, as well as by documents from the U.S. Navy, which clearly described weather as the reason for the cancellation. While the media relied on four anonymous individuals to manufacture the story, many more current and former White House officials have stepped forward and, on the record, refuted these baseless allegations. These on-the-record voices include the Secret Service agent in charge of the President’s detail and John Bolton – a vocal critic of the President – who described the “bad weather call” in his book and now says he did not hear the President say the things being attributed to him. No one should take this story seriously.

Throughout his administration, President Trump has consistently stood by our men and women in uniform and cared for them once they have returned to civilian life. From groundbreaking legislation that provides veterans with real and permanent health care choice, to the largest-ever investment in the United States military, to his firm commitment to preventing endless wars and bringing troops home, President Trump has demonstrated his unwavering support for America’s service members time and time again. Moreover, he has spent countless hours as president visiting battlefields and cemeteries, honoring Gold Star families and comforting them in their grief, and praising wounded warriors and honoring their sacrifice.

The veterans condemn Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s record on military and veterans issues, writing “the Mainstream Media hurled this baseless attack against President Trump because they know Joe Biden’s record simply does not stand up to scrutiny, and they seek to distract the American people from that fact.”

Hundreds of NYC restaurants join $2 billion lawsuit against Cuomo, de Blasio over city's indoor dining ban

Gov. Cuomo says he won't allow reopening until the NYPD has a 4,000-officer social-distancing task force in place.

More than 350 New York City restaurants have joined a $2 billion class action lawsuit against Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) and Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) over the city's ban on indoor dining, arguing state and local officials have done "irreparable harm" with the coronavirus shutdown measure.

The state of New York has opened up indoor dining for everywhere except The Big Apple where only outdoor dining is allowed, leading (remaining) struggling New York City restauranteurs to take legal action as the city's COVID-19 numbers hit new lows and colder weather approaches.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday, and the next day, Cuomo said during a press call that he would not budge on the issue until the NYPD — whose funding was stripped by $1 billion in recent weeks by de Blasio — had in place a 4,000-strong task force of officers to enforce social distancing guidelines for the city, according to Reason.

Making the issue worse, neighboring New Jersey has allowed indoor dining, leaving New York City establishments to helplessly look on as their competitors reopen for business but they remain shuttered.

Joe Oppedisano, owner of Il Bacco in New York City, spearheaded the lawsuit.

Newsday reported:

Il Bacco is about one and a half blocks, or around 500 feet, away from the Nassau border, where restaurants are permitted to have indoor dining at 50% capacity. New York City is the only part of the state where indoor dining is still banned due to pandemic-based restrictions, though its percentage of positive COVID-19 tests is similar to the rest of the state. There is currently no timeline to open indoor dining for city restaurants, even as fall weather approaches, and owners are concerned that their doors will remain closed through the end of the year.

"Every restaurant is packed and me, a block and a half away, I can't open," Joe Oppedisano, owner of Il Bacco, said Monday in an interview. The restaurant can have customers on its rooftop, but not on the first two floors of the building. "And winter is coming," Oppedisano said. The weather is warm now, but what happens two or three weeks from now? And then when it rains? I'm lucky I have a rooftop and I have a cover I can open and close, but once it gets cold, I can't do that anymore."

According to The Daily Wire, Cuomo responded Monday:

I am aware of that competitive disadvantage for NYC restaurants … I'm aware that restaurants in New York City are very unhappy with doing no indoor dining, I understand the economic consequences, their argument will now be exacerbated [because of NJ] and it's something that we're watching and considering. I want as much economic activity as quickly as possible, we also want to make sure transmission rate stays under control. That is the tension.

Russian Embassy Proposes Constructive Dialogue on Arms Control to Pentagon

The Russian Embassy in the United States proposes a constructive face-to-face dialogue on the strategic stability and arms control to the Pentagon, Russian Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov told Sputnik.

Several days ago, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence for Nuclear and Missile Defence Policy Robert Soofer said that Russia was initiating an arms race in the sphere of non-strategic weapons. Antonov believes that these accusations are aimed at lowering the barrier of using nuclear weapons by the United States.

“We would be ready to accept Mr Soofer to have a discussion in the Embassy or meet him at any other US platform comfortable for him. This would be a good demonstration of our responsible approach to maintaining the strategic stability and arms control", Antonov said.

He stressed that the deployment of low-yield nuclear warheads by the United States – not Russian moves – were destabilising the global system of nuclear deterrence. He cited the deployment of W76-2 low-yield nuclear warheads to Trident II submarines as an example.

The ambassador said that the Pentagon should read the Russian document on nuclear deterrence published on 2 June.

"The document reaffirms the exclusively defensive nature of our nuclear policy as well as contains clear conditions for the possible shift to using nuclear weapons", Antonov said.

According to the ambassador, the constructive dialogue between Russia and the United States was launched in June-August with meetings between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov and US Special Envoy for Arms Control Marshall Billingslea.

In May, the Washington Post newspaper reported that the Trump administration had discussed the possibility of conducting the country's first nuclear test in 28 years. The discussions were reportedly sparked by the administration's suspicions that Russia and China were conducting low-yield nuclear tests.

The allegations have not been substantiated by Washington, and have been refuted by both Moscow and Beijing.
