One of my hobbies is retro computing. I remember the hassle trying to eke out every spare byte of memory to get some DOS games to run. DOS=HIGH, DOS=UMB and DEVICEHIGH got a lot of action on my ealier PCs back then.
It also fixes the error code ID-10T that some people used to see.

Piggyback chip upgrades work on Amiga 600s, too. I still have my old C= 64 from 1983. I have a VIC-20 but it needs the really old 2-pin mains adapter, the later ones had DIN plugs on the mains adapter.
