Probably have to choose those states/cities to riot in because LE are handcuffed by local/state pols from interceding quickly, aggressively and effectively.

I think the cemetery scam was the dem/DS/MSM plan to front run the narrative that the military didn't vote for Trump.
Military vote, overseas, traditionally counted/reported last. So in a ballot harvesting scheme, that vote count needs to be exclusively Biden and you have to have a ready made explanation why it went so high for Biden.
POTUS had been countering by bringing troops home, IMO, which would mean they don't mail-in from overseas. The dems are bitching about it, of course.
