Birx wrote a memo to then Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, telling her the good news of how over the past ten years, PEPFAR had given the Ukraine $199,391,001 for HIV/Aids control.

I'm a strong believer in the value of sneezing, coughing, and occassional diarrhea. I think those are the body's way of getting rid of toxins/irritants.
