Two questions:
If the police are deputized by the marshals and arrests are made under civil disorder laws, does that mean they can't later be charged for insurrection under military law for the same acts? Double jeopardy?
On another note, this one is deep, if POTUS can't get any of his desired picks confirmed onto the Fed Reserve board (Moore, Shelton), could that mean all actual confirmed appoinments in every other positions are tainted in some way? Barr? Kavanugh? Gorsuch?

As dramatic as Kavanaugh's confirmation was, he got in, but Shelton is the third nominee to the Fed seat and he announced her over a year and a half ago? Think about it.
Point being the Fed is more important to the swamp than the supreme court lending to the idea that the banks rule it all.
I'm sure they don't see it but yahoo and you do. Maybe it's the inverse of what you think it is and the Fed is actually taking over the government.
