Why not end it by executive order? I'm sure they would pull everything they could to try and cause financial chaos and destruction of our lives to blame it on Trump, but after November, It doesn't matter. I mean, the precedent has been set that the destruction of countries, indiscriminate bombings , and the deaths of possibly millions can be done without a vote, so why not do something that could save us all?
