People at that university should be arrested for advocating overthrow of the government. Seems unlikely they would not be suggesting the use of force or violence for such a goal, a requirement of violating the statute.

Governor Brown, Governor Inslee, Mayor Durkan, Mayor Wheeler, and countless others, are gong to be arrested.
They have used the same chant about burning the precincts to the ground in numerous states, easily establishing that black lives matter is advocating overthrow of the government through violence. Those funding and running the organization, as well as the 'megaphone people' that incite the crowd, are going to be locked away.
