It is creating a nightmare situation for insurers. But you are right, they will raise premiums of everyone rather than confront the obvious (BLM terrorism). Partially, it is because so much of the premiums are invested in the very companies that are funding BLM, so they can't go after BLM organization without shoot themselves in the foot (mob blowback).

No doubt this was part of the calculation of DS when starting this op.
