The Deep State would be foolish to replace Biden BEFORE the election. Whoever they replaced him with would never get anywhere near the support needed for them to beat Trump (with the exception of Sanders, who they hate). Especially not someone as unwanted, unpopular and so strongly disliked as Kamala Harris.

If they want to replace Biden with someone, then they should wait until AFTER a potential election win. Anything else would be insanity.
