Q/POTUS have been operating, themselves, in a strictly legal manner. Even Q's insider status and posting here has been done in accordance with the law. For the Intel agencies to leak a Hillary video, if they have it, to the dark web would be illegal, even if it is perfectly legal (or not enforceable) for the anons here to watch it.
The memo was not leaked to us outside of what was open source. The video will be no different. It will come in a way that is legal for Q/POTUS/ABCDEFG agencies.
Not only am I skeptical that the dark web video is Hillary - I am also skeptical that it is anything more than a buzz topic by the media. It's there to be a "4chan was wrong about this and can't be trusted"…
Because the media assumes most people are stupid and don't understand the herd of cats that 4chan is. … Not that they are completely without point… Most people have no idea what 4chan is, other than chaos. Which is enough for them to look at the media and say "duh?"
