Well, since we know NK was run by clowns and the cabal, that means that the clowns and cabal might have the underground base in Syria. That would make sense, given NoName's involvement there. Also makes sense that they believe it started around the time of the Syrian revolution. Easy to designate "unsafe areas" to keep civilians / journalists out because of "conflicts" so they could start / continue the building process.
