if you live in a college town…they have access to thousands of students alont with 1000's of people who work the system for free living. Add in the hundreds of releases from covid. What a mess the politicans have made.
This part of the script sucks ass. But most people are still sleepwalking thru daily life.

When he started filming you can hear him complaining about the white truck he claims is circling the block with the licence plate with 333 in it. He says they were shooting pepperballs at people on the street. then all the BLM guys and the shooter walk by him and get in cars, he comments on cars and does not focus on them until Jay and pappas crossed the street.
they released a longer version of the first "closer" stumptown video. Where the cops eventually got Pappas after he takes off from them. that made zero sense. 30 cops and him running away. If anything that could prove stumptown was putting out ealier video to discredit Jay and Pappas as intigators. why else would Pappas take off from the cops.
Now that Shooter Mike got hunted down they all are in panic mode.
