The prior notable asks for comment on the given article. I'm not a lawfag, but I am a careful reader, and the article is atrocious. (And I'm not seeing these particular objections raised in prior discussion.)

First, it claims that the 14th Amendmment grants the President various powers to take action against "rebellion". Actually it grants the President NO POWERS WHATSOEVER, as anyone can see by actually reading the 14th Amendment.

Instead, as it often the case with amendments, the final Section grants CONGRESS the powers to enforce the provisions of the amendment.

Second, the article claims the amendment gives the federal government the power to punish rebellion. Again, this is mostly false (apart from the very limited restrictions in Section 3 placed on those who have, as individuals, betrayed their oaths as government officials (via rebellion), and are henceforth barred from further government service). The article is utterly misreading Section 2 as granting the federal government powers to punish rebellion. Instead, Section 2 is affirming that STATES can legitimately restrict the suffrage of those who have engaged in rebellion, and affirming that these states shall not suffer any loss of representation for doing so.

The upshot is that the article is basically crap.

I suspect it is far more likely that the enemy plans to use Section 1 of the 14th Amendent to wage lawfare after election day. Step 1: dump large numbers of blatantly fraudulent ballots into the system in "majority minority" districts. Step 2: many of these are rightfully rejected during vote counting. Step 3: lawfare lawyers "discover" that this is producing "disparate impact" ("black votes" rejected more often than "white votes") and hence that certain "groups" are being deprived of "equal protection". Result: the entire vote counting process is at a standstill, and Trump is not properly reelected when his term expires.
