Not that banning them would help. You'd have to ban HR departments to prevent white men from killing themselves. They have a near ban on opoids for a similar reason and now a lot more people are going to die from being bedridden or just being in too much pain to go on.
It wouldn't be the frequencies of the waves or probably even the power level that will cause harm, but the digital signal of that frequency. I don't trust telecom companies to do it in a way that won't eventually cause some global health catastrophe, but if it is harmful we'll know in a few decades after it's too late.
Just look at how they price internet and cell phone plans in the US. Designed to cause maximum stress for the customer, because they know they can get away with it.
