Check notables. "300215" is an international customs code. When you look it up on other sites you'll find that since 2017 it has stood for "Immunological products".
Someone apparently tried to make a sub-category on the WITS site for COVID-19 tests and accidentally changed the label on the whole category. So when you do a database search for that code everything is labeled Covid-19 Tests.
