"fillers?" WTF are you on about? the peroxide you get in stores is 3% solution in WATER. is WATER a "filler" now?
the dilutions that you give further on, 25 drops of 35% peroxide in 6 oz of water, would produce a concentration of ~ 0.11%,
FAR below that of the stuff readily available in ANY convenience store. the same concentration of peroxide
could be achieved by adding 10 times more of the 3% solution to your juice.
you are advising people to buy 35% peroxide for NO GOOD REASON. it's outrageously more expensive
and also a serious risk to handle. it is a potentially shock sensitive high explosive, and VERY corrosive to handle.
there is NOTHING more dangerous than a little bit of knowledge.
