Maybe the interesting point is that Obama already nominated Merrick Garland as Scalia's replacement. Senate was waiting til after the election. According to Q now, Hillary would cancel the Garland nomination and nominate someone else (not LL) for that seat.

Later LL would get RBG's seat.
