My Soul met my Spirit.

I was under a spiritual attack. I was feeling fear and anxiety (won't get into the details) then right beside me there was my spirit. In my spirit self I was so calm and I had no fear of anything. It was quite incredible. I must say a few years ago my spirit had come to life through Christ. What we call being born again.

This recent experience brought me a new understanding of ourselves. The Soul (our minds/thoughts) may be able to be controlleded, manipulated, taken away, led astray, but our Spirits can never be any of these things. They are under the full protection of The Lord. Even if your spirit has not been brought to life it is considered dead. Sounds bad, but it's not! This is how God wins. He can never be defeated just like our spirits. Even in the case of a person's dead spirit it cannot be touched or manipulated, it is always safe. Christ is the key that starts our spiritual engines and brings us to life. And on that day we will rise. WWG1WGA.
