(We The People) have unalienable rights and our government is constituted by (The Consent of the Governed) and consists of (We The People = WE ARE the government).

And (our) government was formed with (The Express Intent to PROTECT OUR RIGHTS) not to rule over (us).

She gets it.

Deeply patriotic letter from someone who isn't even an American.

But who understands; If (we) fall = the rest of the world is left to the wolves.
